The Power OF
TRADITIONAL YOGA

The Power of Practice

Forget the idea that yoga is just a cute class you hit a couple of times a week with your friend or favorite teacher, surrounded by singing bowls, incense, and flowers. It’s not about admiring someone who can do cartwheels or balance on their nose. Sorry, but that’s not yoga—and chasing that can do more harm than good in the long run.
Yoga isn’t just about “unity” with others, as some might think. It’s deeper. True yoga is about power—the unity of two forces, Ha (sun) and Tha (moon). You can’t achieve it with a random monthly class or handstands.

True yoga demands commitment: a journey of strengthening, purifying, calming, and stabilizing your body and mind. It’s about sensitizing yourself to subtle energy, expanding your awareness, and moving toward illumination. Being a yogi isn’t about wearing tights or blindly accepting everything with a smile.

To be a true yogi is to cultivate energy and wield it to live a vibrant, powerful life—one where you fight for what’s right, stay aligned with your soul, and never, ever quit.
